As the new CEO of Susan G. Komen NYC ―New York’s premier breast cancer organization, an early mandate was to spend less on overhead and more on mission. Rose Ott to the rescue. Rose successfully transitioned us from 7,000 square feet of a closed door office culture to 3,500 square feet in an open floor plan, an environment that fosters sharing, inclusiveness and collaboration. Rose balanced warm aesthetics and contemporary furnishings on a shoe string budget for maximal impact. Our beautiful office inspires us daily to do our best to help New Yorkers in need.
