Items not eligible for return or exchange:
○ Items damaged through normal wear and tear 
○ All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Merchandise eligible for return must be unused, unworn, and in good condition with original packaging and must be returned within 30 days.
In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact rose@roseottdesign.com with pictures.
Returns

If requesting a return (not exchange), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. LB Soul is not responsible for lost packages or items that are damaged in return shipping, and therefore strongly suggest you pack all items carefully and track all items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/refund.
If approved for a return, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3-7 business days of receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
Gift Returns

If you’re returning an item that was shipped to you as a gift, you’ll receive an e-gift card containing your refunded amount.
